Returns and Exchanges
Suspex gladly accepts returns and exchanges for all items. All returns must be submitted through the returns portal here.
In order for returns and exchanges to be processed the returned package must include the order number or packing slip indicating what you would like to exchange it with.
Qualifications:
- Garments must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
- No visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, hygienic stains, etc.
- All tags must be intact and the garments returned in their original packaging.
- The hygienic liner must not have been removed or reattached.
- Please try bikinis and bodysuits on over your underwear for sanitary purposes.
- Returns must me made within 30 days of fulfillment date.
