Lost or Stolen Packages Policy
If shipping protection is not purchased Suspex cannot provide refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages indicated delivered by carrier.
We are sincerely sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this may cause. Please purchase shipping protection to ensure order recovery in an unfortunate event. If the tracking information indicates returned to sender please send an email to email@example.com with your updated address.
If you did not purchase shipping protection, the tracking information indicates delivered, and your package is missing please complete the following steps:
- Check with your neighbors. Often times packages are delivered to the wrong mailbox/door.
- Find your local distribution center. The majority of the time your package is still with the carrier at the distribution center.
- File a claim with the respective carrier.
